In Belgium we got the speed mentionned here and a limit of 12 GB/month which is rediculous

tooo asshamed to post mine (though my upload is usually constant at about 666----go figure).
My download changes from 4000 to 1000 and back again depending on whether my provider lets me have bandwidth.....sometimes I just sit and watch the hour glass turn
over
and over
and over....

then I give up and reload....bam it loads. .

ugh
